SESSION OVERVIEW

You Belong When . . .
What does belonging actually feel like? Start the day by reflecting on the moments, relationships, and conditions that help us feel seen, valued, and connected—and the barriers that can make belonging harder to experience. Through a simple, interactive activity, participants will share their own perspectives and begin building a collective picture of what belonging requires. Because before we can create belonging for others, we have to understand what it means to feel that we belong.
