Dr. Muhammad, Motivational Speaker, Alcohol and Substance Abuse Therapist, Community Advocate and Certified Life Coach whose credentials hail from her rigorous studies and passionate life experiences has made her a dedicated advocate for community and family development.
Dr. Muhammad is a national and international recognized speaker who has been called upon to delivers keynote addresses for diverse audiences in London, Canada and Scotland, Cocaine Anonymous national and international conferences, California Association of Drug Professionals, Black Women and Health Society and many other organizations. Through her organization, A New Vision For You II., she has written and customized a 12-Step Program entitled “Rising Above Emotion into the Thinking of God” which she has taught worldwide.
Dr. Muhammad holds a seat as one of the Commissioner for the City of Lancaster, Tapestry Commission Health, and Human Services. Her pathway to education includes obtaining her GED, Bachelor of Arts Degree in Addiction Studies, a joint Masters/PhD. in Social Work and is a Licensed Advance Alcohol and Drug Counselor and Internationally Certified Addiction Specialist.
