SESSION OVERVIEW

Love as Resistance: Healing Together at the Intersections
In a world where people of color continue to fight for visibility, justice, and peace, loving well—especially in intimate relationships—is nothing short of radical. This interactive workshop explores how race, culture, and sexual orientation shape our relationships and how trauma and systemic oppression show up between partners.

Whether Black, Latiné, Asian, Pacific Islander, multiracial, queer, or straight—couples of color often face unique relationship triggers that are rooted not just in personal history, but in collective and generational pain. This session helps participants explore what it means to love with intention in the face of marginalization.
