Kenya S. Williams, M.S., is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with more than a decade of experience supporting children, adolescents, transition-age youth, and families throughout Los Angeles County.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology. Her career spans school districts, community mental health agencies, nonprofit organizations, and community-based settings. Her professional background includes therapeutic services, crisis intervention, behavioral support, social-emotional learning, program development, and
education for parents and youth-serving professionals.
Kenya has built her career around connecting with young people who may feel
misunderstood, overlooked, or defined by their most difficult moments. Her trauma-informed and culturally responsive approach helps adults look beyond behavior while maintaining accountability, dignity, and belonging.
As the Founder and CEO of BRO™ (Building Resilience through Outrageousness), Kenya leads the organization’s vision, partnerships, programs, and daily operations while remaining actively engaged with youth, families, professionals, and community partners. Her leadership is grounded in the work itself—listening to young people, supporting the adults who serve them, and creating spaces where every young person can feel seen, connected, and
reminded that they matter
