I will provide a presentation as it relates to the current immigration enforcement taking place throughout our country. I will go over what rights undocumented immigrants have along with the forms of relief they can seek in the event they are detained by immigration officers. Participants will be informed about their current immigration status and what routes they have to fix it. Attendees will learn about the rights of the people as it relates to contact with immigration enforcement. Participants will learn about the different forms of relief they can seek from an immigration judge in the event they are placed in detention.
